"So many positive experiences, I will limit to five, one for each star I am giving them: 1. When there was a hurricane in Texas causing a lot of issues for State Farm Corporate with billing etc, Dave was right there to clear up any issues. He stayed vigilant to making sure things got on track. He made a lot of calls on my behalf over many days...it was impressive. 2. When a deer thought my car looked pretty and ran straight into it, Brian was amazing at making sure everything went through seamlessly...it was a gift during a very stressful time. 3. When I mailed my payment into corporate and it didn't post, Dave and Brian both were on top of making sure that everything went smoothly for me again. 4. When I had a little chip in my windshield (which I didn't think was that big of a deal), Dave was quick about making sure it was taken care of immediately...literally that afternoon. 5. Just going in the office brings a smile....the energy with all the staff is so positive....paying your insurance is not something I do happily, but being around any of the three of them I feel joy...so for an activity that is drudging to do, they make it more enjoyable."

"I hit a baby deer in 2021. I was divorced in August 2022. I changed my name and policy to make sure I had rental coverage because I hit the baby deer in 2021 and wanted to make sure it was covered if something happened. And I changed my name because of the divorce. I got in my vehicle in November 2023, and someone had hit me. I called to have my van fixed and was told “I did not have rental coverage” Dave said he would metaphorically “bite the bullet” and cover my rental. Fast forward to January when I was taking my van in and the rental place informed me that I “did not have rental coverage” I had to call corporate and have them investigate Dave Snow State Farm to get coverage I had originally asked for. THEN when I did get the rental coverage they had NO record of the accident with the baby deer and my name was spelled THREE SEPARATE WAYS! So my name is wrong on several different situations and he doesn’t do what he says. You have to call corporate to get anything done. Pathetic service, pathetic office. Absolutely, disgraceful I have to fight an insurance company when they’re suppose to make our lives easier with the coverage. Highly suggest finding someone else!"
