When there was a hurricane in Texas causing a lot of issues for State Farm Corporate with billing etc, Dave was right there to clear up any issues. He stayed vigilant to making sure things got on track. He made a lot of calls on my behalf over many days...it was impressive. 2. When a deer thought my car looked pretty and ran straight into it, Brian was amazing at making sure everything went through seamlessly...it was a gift during a very stressful time. 3.
